Overview
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Digital Content Consultant will assist in producing and managing digital content and delivering training programmes to raise awareness and foster inclusive practices. This role supports the National Response in Italy programme for the protection and social inclusion of Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UASC) and young migrants and refugees.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital mobilization and educational activities with adolescents and youth with disadvantaged backgrounds;
- Proven track record in design and delivery of training for adults;
- Experience working with web-based platforms, managing websites;
- Demonstrated experience of working with and for refugees, migrants, asylum seekers and internally displaced groups.
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree is required in social science, political science, education, anthropology, or communication.
