Overview
The Logistics and Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for managing the lifecycle, shipment, and logistics of network and infrastructure equipment, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset lifecycle management, shipment and logistics of network and infrastructure equipment.
- Logistics coordination, tracking, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance.
- Strengthen operational controls and ensure audit readiness.
- Compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Shipments of kits and network equipment from HQ to COs via diplomatic pouch.
- Effective coordination with vendors, freight agents, finance teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Asset disposal and storage.
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example, in the IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience).
- Knowledge of WBG logistics processes, including shipping documentation, and goods receipt verification, SAP goods inventory, procurement, and asset management functions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reconciliation, understanding of asset lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Knowledge of handling WBG diplomatic pouch shipments and regulations.
