Overview
Support the design and production of standardized 2-page scorecard templates for province-level and district-level reporting. The role focuses on visual design, layout, and formatting to present data in a clear, consistent, and visually compelling format.
Key Responsibilities
- Design standardized 2-page scorecard templates for province-level and district-level reporting.
- Develop a consistent visual system, including layout structure, typography, and colour palette.
- Create structured placeholders for demographic information and sector performance indicators.
- Include key messages, highlights, maps, graphics, and visual elements.
- Deliver fully editable master templates in InDesign and/or Canva.
- Apply templates to 2–3 pilot scorecards for testing.
- Revise and refine layouts based on feedback.
- Finalize templates for rollout and production, delivering PDF versions with editable source files.
Required Experience
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate structured or technical information into clear, engaging, and visually accessible formats.
- Proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); and/or Canva (advanced level).
- Strong layout design and typography skills.
- Basic data visualisation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to translate structured data into clear and visually engaging formats.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables within deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
