Overview
The National Mid Term Review Specialist will support the International MTR Team Leader in conducting a mid-term review of the STAR-FARM project. The role involves assessing project progress, identifying challenges, and providing recommendations for the remaining implementation period.
Key Responsibilities
- Review background documentation including project document, log frame, progress reports, and technical reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of the inception report, data-collection tools, and work programme.
- Support primary data collection through interviews and virtual meetings.
- Consolidate evidence collected in a structured format.
- Ensure all data collected is recorded and organized.
- Participate in the analysis and discussion of evidence to identify key findings.
- Deliver written inputs on specific assessment areas to all deliverables.
- Support the finalization of the MTR report and present conclusions and recommendations.
Required Experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in evaluating international development projects, preferably EU-funded projects or/ and FAO-implemented projects in Mekong Delta.
Qualifications
• Advanced degree in Development studies, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, Rural Development or related fields.
