The incumbent supports the design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and optimization of annual pledge donor acquisition plans to achieve income, donor volume, donor quality and cost-efficiency targets.
A minimum of one year of progressively responsible and relevant professional experience in fundraising, individual giving, donor/customer acquisition, direct response marketing, sales, telemarketing, Face-to-Face, digital acquisition, lead generation or related marketing/commercial functions is required. Experience with acquisition campaigns, KPI monitoring, vendor or agency coordination, CRM/donor databases, pledge fundraising, lead conversion, DRTV, digital performance or recurring-giving models is an asset.
A first-level university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or another relevant field is required. Specialized training in fundraising, direct or performance marketing, CRM, sales management, market research, project management or data analytics is an asset.
