Overview
To support the team in improving productivity through business process automation, assist with the development, testing, maintenance and implementation of IT solutions, and help provide user support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation, configuration and customization of IT systems.
- Assist with system releases and early support activities.
- Help keep technical documentation up to date.
- Research and suggest ideas for improving business processes and office automation.
- Assist in writing and maintaining program code for IT solutions and automation projects.
- Support unit and integration testing of new or updated code.
- Respond to user queries and escalate issues when needed.
- Help prepare clear technical documentation.
- Contribute to system maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
Required Experience
- No prior professional experience is required; relevant coursework, academic projects, internships, or personal projects will be considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in IT, software development, automation, or business systems.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or Microsoft certifications is a plus.
Qualifications
Current enrolment in, or recent completion of, a university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
