Overview
Internship opportunity supporting a global NGO's Protection Team with knowledge management, policy development, and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with Information management, including analysis and surveys targeting protection colleagues
- Support the GPT knowledge management, including repository of policies, standards, and guidance and the Protection Sector’s intranet and website page.
- Contribute to the development and support GPT communication and rollout of protection policy & guidance efforts, including Protection Glossary and service descriptions / definitions
- Contribute to the development and/or rollout of protection policy and guidance (e.g. Child Protection and Centrality of Protection).
- Support the development of webinars, trainings and meetings on Protection components
- Contribute to preparation and delivery of thematic learning events, incl. the 3-day annual DRC Global Protection Network Meeting and training
- Support with coordinating GPT administrative tasks, including bi-monthly meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at BA or MA level
- It is a requirement that you are enrolled in a university during the whole duration of the internship period in order to be considered for the internship.
