Overview
Analyze SDG data and create statistical charts and dashboards for national SDG progress assessments to increase the use of evidence in national SDG reporting and improve the communication of SDG data.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, process, and analyze the latest SDG data following the processes and methodologies adopted by the Statistics Division;
- Participate in the development of novel methodologies to track SDG progress utilizing data science techniques;
- Create dashboards to present data and trends for SDG data exploration and analysis.
Required Experience
Experience in data visualization and in developing graphic designs for online publication is required. Experience within the UN system is an advantage.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. University degree and/ higher education in communication technology with specialization in data science and/or data visualization would be an asset.
