Overview
The Extended Term Temporary will provide client support on queries related to administrative expenses and documentation for the World Bank Group Controllers' Vice Presidency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support via phones and emails
- Perform vendor master record (VMR) call back verification and due diligence
- Triage and assign email cases to service desk analysts
- Generate and prepare the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the unit
- Review internal processes and suggest process improvements
- Triage and post news items to the website; Post relevant announcements in the front-end systems; Submit kiosks to Internal Communications team within TAT
Required Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in handling help-desk operations will be an added advantage.
