Overview
The Senior PSP Individual Giving Associate is responsible for maximizing the donor base from individual giving for UNHCR, focusing on securing support from the general public through various donation channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual plans for acquisition, donor retention, and development programs.
- Manage and improve donor servicing and communications.
- Work with marketing agencies to develop contact strategies and donor journeys.
- Supervise the implementation of various fundraising campaigns.
- Draft submissions for funding related to IG programs.
- Supervise progress against work plans, expenditure, budget, and targets.
- Supervise middle value donor and prospect activities.
- Supervise donor database management and data care.
- Develop cross-channel fundraising campaigns (F2F, Digital, DRTV, Multichannel, Direct mailing).
- Oversee digital strategy and action plans for digital fundraising activities.
- Develop a test plan strategy for new products with direct marketing acquisition activities.
- Develop cross-channel donor cultivation activities to maximize acquisition investment and improve donor Life Time Value (LTV).
- Supervise donor journeys and donor engagement activities.
- Oversee donor development communications plans and fundraising activities.
- Supervise email communication integration with offline campaigns.
- Supervise negotiations with external agencies/consultants on email marketing performance optimization.
- Supervise email marketing segmentation strategies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of donor retention communication materials.
- Supervise the design and production of donor care materials.
- Lead the coordination of relations with telemarketing suppliers.
- Improve income of regular committed individual donors.
- Supervise that donor care activities comply with local legislation and charity law.
- Oversee the execution of monthly operations of recapturing, thank-you to donors.
- Improve the responsiveness, depth, and quality of the relationship with donors.
- Supervise that donor care representatives are provided with necessary information.
- Support the identification and management of risks and opportunities.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience
- 4 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
- Experience in private sector fundraising, sales, client/donor communication, marketing or journalism.
- Proven experience working in donor retention/development programmes.
- Experience in coordination and supervision of fundraising campaigns in profit or non-profit industry.
- Experience in fundraising related databases and software.
- Experience with the non-profit sector (desirable).
- Previous experience in supervising database migration and setting up a Contact Relationship Management (CRM) system (desirable).
- Previous experience in project management (desirable).
- Previous experience in managing agencies / vendor (desirable).
- Experience in data analysis and segmentation (desirable).
- Previous experience with marketing strategies focused on subscription business model.
- Experience leading projects in coordination with multiple teams.
- Experience in managing vendors and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics or other related field (Certificates and Licenses marked with an asterisk* are essential).
- High School Diploma or Bachelor or equivalent or higher.
