Provide technical oversight and monitoring of UNICEF’s construction and rehabilitation projects, with a focus on schools, health facilities, and child-friendly spaces. Support the planning, implementation, and quality assurance of construction activities to ensure safe and resilient infrastructure.
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience at the national and/or international levels in site supervision, quality assurance, project management and any other related fields is required. Understanding of development and humanitarian work is required. Demonstrated experience managing teams is required. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts is a plus. Emergency experience is desirable.
A completed Master’s Degree or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in civil engineering, architecture, construction engineering or any other related fields is required.
