Overview

The ICT Support Assistant will provide technical expertise to support the delivery of ICT services, enabling clients to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. The role involves anticipating ICT-related needs and developing solutions that align technology with business requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform specialized ICT application administration.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Support the development, customization, testing, debugging, and implementation of applications and systems.
  • Provide Help Desk support for ICT hardware and applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assess user training needs and deliver training sessions.
  • Provide ICT support for conferences, meetings, and meeting room technologies.
  • Assist in the planning and management of ICT projects.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
  • Provide ICT support during emergency activations.
  • Coordinate with programme and operations sections for data collection and reporting.
  • Support greening ICT initiatives.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with ICT security policies and data protection standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of ICT services.
Required Experience

• 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
