Overview
The ICT Support Assistant will provide technical expertise to support the delivery of ICT services, enabling clients to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. The role involves anticipating ICT-related needs and developing solutions that align technology with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform specialized ICT application administration.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Support the development, customization, testing, debugging, and implementation of applications and systems.
- Provide Help Desk support for ICT hardware and applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Assess user training needs and deliver training sessions.
- Provide ICT support for conferences, meetings, and meeting room technologies.
- Assist in the planning and management of ICT projects.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
- Provide ICT support during emergency activations.
- Coordinate with programme and operations sections for data collection and reporting.
- Support greening ICT initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ICT security policies and data protection standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ICT services.
Required Experience
• 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
