Overview
This post will provide administrative support to the Programme Risk Management (PMR) team and the office, carrying out data collection and analysis to ensure quality and efficiency in the development, management, and monitoring of partnerships and associated risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in supporting HACT assurance planning and execution through data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from UNICEF's systems for programme and risk management.
- Review assessments and programme assurance reports to identify high-priority weaknesses.
- Support in planning meetings and webinars, and provide inputs to presentations.
- Collaborate on capacity development activities related to programme management and HACT execution.
- Prepare monitoring and reporting information on key performance indicators.
- Manage the PMR ECM site.
- Manage the team calendar.
- Manage ESARO’s Peer Review Roster.
- Serve as supply focal point for the Operations Section.
- Manage ESARO’s Events Calendar.
Required Experience
- At least six years of administrative or clerical work experience is required.
- Prior experience in programme support functions is an asset.
- Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered an asset.
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the organization's work.
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace three years of related work experience, or an additional two years with a Master’s degree.
