Overview
This role provides the analytical and documentation backbone for the AI Centre of Excellence, gathering requirements, measuring adoption, and maintaining the knowledge base for AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs and validate AI solution relevance.
- Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and document business needs.
- Map current business processes and workflows.
- Collect and analyse adoption data from deployed solutions.
- Benchmark AI solution performance against KPIs.
- Produce analytical reports and data visualisations.
- Develop and maintain user-facing documentation.
- Maintain an inventory of AI solutions and the Technical Library.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Assist in the design and delivery of workshops.
- Contribute to the application of ethical AI principles.
- Provide technical input to AI-related proposals.
Required Experience
- Relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related areas (2 years with a Master's, 4 years with a Bachelor's).
- Experience eliciting business requirements and documenting them.
- Experience mapping business processes or workflows.
- Experience producing analytical reports, dashboards, or data visualisations.
- Experience in developing technical documentation, user guides, or training materials.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms or tools.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple locations, offices, or cultural contexts.
- Desired: Experience tracking performance metrics, adoption data, or KPIs.
- Desired: Experience with AI solution implementation in international development or humanitarian contexts.
- Desired: Experience with organizational change management or technology adoption programs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields with 4 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree (or equivalent) in any of the above or related fields with 2 years of relevant experience.
