This is an invitation for bids for the design, execution, commissioning, and operations and maintenance of works for "Improvement in Roads, Roadside Drains in Dimapur".

Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited financial statements for the last three [3] years [FYs 2022 -23, 2023 -24 and 2024 -25] to demonstrate current soundness of financial position. Minimum net worth for the last financial year should be positive.
- Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of INR 516.00 Million (INR 51.60 Cr) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last Three (3) financial years [FYs 2022 -23, 2023 -24 and 2024 -25].
- Financial Resources: Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources, less its financial obligations for its current contract commitments, meet or exceed the total requirement for the Subject Contract of INR 86.00 Million (INR 8.60 Cr). For JV: One Partner must meet or exceed INR 34.00 Million (INR 3.40 Cr). For JV: Each Partner must meet or exceed INR 22.00 Million (INR 2.20 Cr). The combined financial resources of the JV must be INR 86.00 Million (INR 8.60 Cr).
- Contracts of Similar Size: Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in one (1) contract of minimum value of INR 344.00 million (INR 34.40 Cr), satisfactorily completed between 1 April 2019 and bid submission deadline.
- Contracts of Similar Nature: Participation and successful implementation, completed between 1 April 2019 and bid submission deadline, as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, in construction of at least two-lane road for National Highway, State Highways, or Major District Roads, in urban area having a minimum length of 6.00 km, executed in a single contract.
- Experience in Specialized Key Activities: NIL
