Overview
The Operations Manager provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight of all operational functions for the Ebola response, ensuring operational systems are agile and responsive to emergency needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides strategic leadership, coordination and oversight of all operational functions including Supply Chain, Finance, Administration, Risk Management, ICT for the Ebola response.
- Ensures that operational systems are agile, risk-informed and responsive to emergency needs.
- Acts as a senior member of the Ebola Coordination team advising on operational approaches, risks, governance, resource optimization and systems strengthening.
- Manages Administration and Field Operations.
- Manages Financial aspects.
- Oversees Supply Chain, Logistics and Service Delivery.
- Manages Internal Controls and Emergency Risk.
Required Experience
Eight (8) years of professional work experience in finance and accounting management, some of which should be acquired at the international level.
Qualifications
Advanced University degree (Master or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
