Overview
The Infrastructure Engineering Analyst provides advanced technical support for multimedia events, serving as a technical partner to clients and stakeholders by delivering high-quality videoconferencing, streaming, recording, and event support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for meeting organizers, coordinating end-to-end event preparation.
- Provide live streaming and recording support for meetings and events.
- Capture, process, and deliver media files and recordings.
- Support simultaneous interpretation services.
- Troubleshoot and support executive-level meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Set up, test, and operate audiovisual and videoconferencing systems.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and monitor conference room systems.
- Verify, test, troubleshoot, and monitor virtual connections.
- Set up and operate presentation playback and source connectivity.
- Manage playback, streaming, and recording from various audio and video sources.
- Diagnose system anomalies and resolve service incidents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (for example, in the IT field: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience).
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise videoconferencing and digital collaboration platforms, including Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong working knowledge of livestreaming solutions and related production platforms, such as IBM Streaming, Kaltura, or equivalent tools.
- Experience supporting remote simultaneous interpretation platforms and live captioning solutions.
- Advanced digital production capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with integrated and ad hoc conference systems, digital audio consoles, streaming workflows, video systems, lighting equipment, computers, and control systems.
- Basic familiarity with computer networks and device connectivity in enterprise environments.
