Overview

The Partnership Officer contributes to developing partnership opportunities with civil society organizations (CSOs) and implementing projects that strengthen CSO systems supporting internally displaced persons (IDPs) and vulnerable populations in Ukraine.


Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise, map, and engage with government agencies and CSOs.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation and signing of MoUs and other agreements.
  • Monitor sub-national and local developments related to governance and civil society.
  • Develop and/or update stakeholder mappings.
  • Ensure strong relationships with government and civil society partners.
  • Act as the focal point for communication with duty bearers and CS Partners.
  • Prepare MoUs and sub-grant agreements for joint projects.
  • Support partner project implementation tools and planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external project management meetings.
  • Support in the preparation and update of internal project management tools.
  • Prepare templates, receive and coordinate the review and processing of project documentation.
  • Ensure documentation and tracking of partnership and partner projects.
  • Identify potential challenges, risks, or unclarities for joint programming.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct capacity needs assessment with Partners.
  • Conduct relevant risk assessments with Partners such as red line assessments, vetting and due diligence.
Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in NGOs working with CSOs/local partners and/or implementing humanitarian or development programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, social sciences, finance, international development, or any other relevant field.

Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for national staff.
