Overview

Assists the Central Intake Unit (CIU) Investigations Officer in the administration of the Agency's misconduct intake process. Prepares written assessments of allegations of misconduct and conducts inquiries to gather information.


Key Responsibilities
  • - Assists in the organization and administration of the Agency's misconduct intake process.
  • - Prepares and drafts written assessments of allegations of misconduct.
  • - Makes information-based inquiries and/or interviews with diligence.
  • - Supports UNRWA Hotline Officer in handling complaints.
  • - Registers complaints of non-misconduct and provides data statistics updates.
Required Experience

A University degree from an accredited educational institution in Law, Investigations, Human Resources, Management, Communication, Business or a related discipline is required. Experience working in the United Nations is desirable. Experience working in intake/investigation related disciplines is desirable.

Remuneration
Monthly basic salary JD 729.70. Other benefits include compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable). Additional benefits: 2 days of sick leave for each complete month of service. 12 weeks of Maternity Leave.
