Key Responsibilities
Construction and completion of Design-Build of a 250MW/500MWh Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage System in Takeo Substation for Grid Frequency Regulation (GRID FORMING).
Required Experience
- At least three (3) years of successfully undertaken supply of the majority portion (at least 75% of total contract value) of BESS contracts, in the capacity of contractor, Joint Venture partner, supplier, or subcontractor.
- Contracts that have been satisfactorily completed or under implementation as prime contractor; joint venture member, or supplier in which the accumulation of supply of BESS capacity of at least 2 GWh connect to power grid/micro-grid within last 5 years.
- Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, supplier, or subcontractor in contracts that have been successfully completed at least two (2) contracts within the last five (5) years and that is similar to the proposed contract.
- Each contract shall have the capacity ≥ 100MWh, each performing Frequency Control, that have been satisfactorily completed and put into operation at least one year.
- Accumulated value of the Bidder’s participation in these two contracts exceed USD 13 million.
- Similarity of the Bidder’s participation shall be based on: Design, Supply, Installation, or Commissioning of Battery Energy Storage System.
- The net worth and annual turnover for the bidder’s organization or Joint Venture that meet specific financial criteria.
