Develop content and scripts for three training videos for Local Youth Councils in Albania, focusing on legal basis, roles, and engagement in municipal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed scripts for three training videos (2–3 minutes each) covering legal basis, roles/rights/responsibilities, and practical engagement tools for Local Youth Councils.
• Propose and review visual concepts with the videographer, developing infographic concepts.
• Collaborate with the National Youth Agency and OSCE PiA to review, revise, and finalize video scripts.
• Support the videographer during recording sessions to ensure script accuracy and content alignment.
• Submit final versions of the three video scripts.

Required Experience

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in developing training curricula, educational materials, or video-based learning content, particularly in the fields of youth governance, civic participation, local governance, or related areas. Experience in scriptwriting for educational or training videos is an asset.

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in social sciences, public administration, law, education, youth studies, or related field.
