Overview
This is an invitation for bids for the procurement of plant, specifically the design, supply, and installation of three Distribution Control Centers (DCC) with Advanced Distribution Control Centers (ADMS) and SCADA for 3 divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, supply, factory test, deliver, install, configure, commission, integrate and place into successful operation of three (3) numbers of SCADA, ADMS and GIS supported Divisional Distribution Control Centers (DDCC).
- Design, supply, factory test, deliver, install, configure, commission, integrate and place into successful operation of eight (8) numbers of Provincial Distribution Control Centers (PDCC).
- Configuration, training, documentation, and maintenance support to ensure secure and reliable system operation.
Required Experience
- Participated in at least two System Integration Contracts as the main Contractor for Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of SCADA supported Advanced Distribution Control Centers with Advanced Distribution Management System that are in similar to the proposed contract, that have been successfully completed within the last seven (07) years and successfully commercial operation for 2 year period, where the value of the Bidder’s participation for each contract shall exceed USD 12.8 million.
- Out of 02 (two) Contracts, one should have been executed outside to the Bidder’s home country. In case of Joint Venture, one contract should have performed outside to the any partner’s home country.
- For joint Ventures, either one partner must meet the requirement OR any of two partners must demonstrate at least one (1) Project successfully completed.
- Minimum average annual turnover of at least US$ 12.5 million, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three (3) years.
