Overview

Assist the Supply Chain Officer in processing purchase requests and orders, managing store operations, and maintaining asset and fleet records for the Nowshera office.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist SC Officer in processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Assist in processing supply requisitions and tracking their status.
  • Collect and compile quotations from vendors.
  • Support bid analysis and vendor selection.
  • Ensure proper documentation of procurement files.
  • Assist in managing store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
  • Ensure accurate updating of stock cards and inventory records.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and safety of goods.
  • Maintain proper asset records and tagging.
  • Assist in asset verification and tracking of asset movements.
  • Support in preparing asset reports.
  • Assist in vehicle scheduling and coordination of transport requests.
  • Support fleet management by maintaining vehicle logs and fuel records.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for supply chain documents.
  • Ensure compliance with IRC policies, donor regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with program teams to understand needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Ensure timely communication of updates on supply chain requests and deliveries.
  • Prepare SC reports when required.
Required Experience

1-3 years of work experience of Supply Chain (Procurement, fleet and events management) with INGO/NGO will be preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.

Professional level speaking, reading, and writing in English and Urdu. The ability to speak using sufficient, structured, and accurate vocabulary in formal conversation. The ability to use the language to satisfy professional needs.
