Overview
Assist the Supply Chain Officer in processing purchase requests and orders, managing store operations, and maintaining asset and fleet records for the Nowshera office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist SC Officer in processing Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Assist in processing supply requisitions and tracking their status.
- Collect and compile quotations from vendors.
- Support bid analysis and vendor selection.
- Ensure proper documentation of procurement files.
- Assist in managing store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Ensure accurate updating of stock cards and inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and safety of goods.
- Maintain proper asset records and tagging.
- Assist in asset verification and tracking of asset movements.
- Support in preparing asset reports.
- Assist in vehicle scheduling and coordination of transport requests.
- Support fleet management by maintaining vehicle logs and fuel records.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Maintain organized filing systems for supply chain documents.
- Ensure compliance with IRC policies, donor regulations, and audit requirements.
- Liaise with program teams to understand needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure timely communication of updates on supply chain requests and deliveries.
- Prepare SC reports when required.
Required Experience
1-3 years of work experience of Supply Chain (Procurement, fleet and events management) with INGO/NGO will be preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
