Overview

Provide senior technical and coordination support in facilities management, infrastructure planning, and sustainability initiatives for UNRWA Headquarters in Amman.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate facilities management operations and infrastructure-related activities.
  • Support planning and delivery of renovation, refurbishment, and capital works projects.
  • Integrate sustainability principles into procurement and administrative processes.
  • Support collection and reporting of energy, utilities, and emissions data.
  • Monitor facilities management service contracts and SLAs.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and analytical summaries for management.
Required Experience

A minimum of Six years of progressively responsible experience is required in areas directly related to the scope of work, including facilities management, infrastructure coordination, construction or renovation project support, sustainable procurement, environmental sustainability, and contract or service monitoring. Experience with international organizations is considered an asset.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the scope of work, such as: Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Management, or another related discipline.
