Overview
International subject matter expert to deliver a three-day training course on the management of Private Recruitment Agencies in Tajikistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing national strategies, policies, legislation, and institutional frameworks related to labour law, migration, social security, and economic rights governing Private Recruitment Agencies.
- Developing a training methodology and agenda tailored to the local context and participant profiles.
- Preparing comprehensive training materials covering prevention of fraud, exploitation, and abusive recruitment practices.
- Conducting interactive training sessions for junior-to-middle level officials and state migration service office officials.
- Providing technical guidance and recommendations concerning gender-sensitive approach, digital tools, and modern recruitment systems and monitoring.
- Conducting pre-and-post evaluation exercises to assess participants’ learning outcomes.
- Completing final report and recommendations.
Required Experience
At least 7 years of progressive professional experience in labour migration and recruitment systems, preferably in multiple countries; Proven expertise in management and operation of Private Recruitment Agencies (Private Employment Bureau); Experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programs, workshops, or executive-level trainings for government officials and policymakers; Experience in appliance of ethical recruitment and international labour standards.
Qualifications
Advanced university degree in Demography, Labour Migration Studies, Public Policy or other related fields; Bachelor's Degree (First-level university degree or equivalent)
