Responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of emergency interventions to ensure the survival and well-being of children and mothers, and affected communities in an emergency situation.
Establishes and implements country office emergency preparedness and response. Responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the emergency interventions.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Emergency, emergency management, humanitarian response, humanitarian coordination, disaster risk reduction, contingency planning, program management, monitoring and evaluation, logistics management, cluster coordination, capacity building. and any other related fields. Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Social Science, Public Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Management, international law, nutrition, international relations, management, emergency management, development studies and any other related fields.
