The Consultant will co-lead an enterprise-level Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Platform Experience (DXP) known as the Global Giving Platform 2.0, an ecommerce product aimed to offer UNICEF offices across the globe a trusted, donor-centered and ease to use platform for digital fundraising.
Co-lead an enterprise-level Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Platform Experience (DXP) known as the Global Giving Platform 2.0. This platform will utilize the latest CMS/DXP technology provided by Optimizely to deliver the highest standard of user experience to drive fundraising revenue growth.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience project managing a CMS platform roll out end to end (preferably Optimizely) from planning to execution. Knowledge on CMS architectures and experience in launching CMS migration in a multimarket environment with varying levels of maturity. Understands decentralized vs. hybrid CMS architectures and the trade-offs. Experience in establishing processes, channels & tools for ways of working, feedback mechanism and communication with markets and internal stakeholders. Experience in program and project planning including budget management. Experience in mapping available funding to delivery phases, ability to build a resource model for both implementation and BAU. Experience in enterprise-level collaborative product governance and orchestrating multi-market launches, being accountable for go/no-go criteria with vendor, agency and DID. Manage different market readiness levels simultaneously.
An advanced university degree in one of the following fields is required: marketing, computer science, engineering, technology, digital media, or any other relevant areas. Alternatively, a first level university degree in a relevant field combined with (2) additional years of qualifying professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
