• Provide technical assistance in IT infrastructure, network administration, and hardware troubleshooting.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive technical experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and hardware troubleshooting. Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology. One/several courses in ICT knowledge is a plus (CCNA/MCP, MTCNA, MS Office 365, Cyber Security).
