To support WFP operations in Gaza by contributing to the daily management of security operations, facilitating program delivery, and maintaining the security and safety of personnel, assets, facilities, and activities.
Minimum three years of relevant postgraduate professional experience in Security Risk Management, preferably within the context of the UN System or an International Organization. Desirable experience includes supporting complex projects and operational activities, experience in emergency response and high-risk operational capacity, guiding and providing technical direction to junior staff, and a sound understanding of conflict dynamics in Gaza.
Advanced University degree in Security Management, International Relations or Law Enforcement or other relevant field, or First University degree with additional 2 years of related work experience and/or training/courses. A diploma obtained from Military/Police Academy with qualifying relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the First University degree.
