Overview
The intern will assist with the operational activities of the Global Shared Services Centre Wave Support team, focusing on user account management and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Production users accounts for creation and troubleshooting
- Roles and permissions management
- Lower environments permissions management
- Execution of system maintenance tasks such as job scheduling and running, script execution, database queries
Required Experience
Prior internship experience is highly desirable, but not required.
Qualifications
Recent graduates from an accredited academic institution are eligible to apply. The role is open to graduates in computer science, or related fields. Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
