Overview
Provide transition technical and operational support for the implementation and stabilization of the eZPLAN budget planning system and support the coordination, review, and analysis of UNICEF's budget planning and review processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide transition technical and operational support to the implementation and stabilization of the eZPLAN budget planning system.
- Support the coordination, review, and analysis of UNICEF's budget planning and review processes.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting, finance, accounting, or programme management.
- Experience supporting budget planning, budget review, and financial analysis.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or budget planning applications.
- Experience in system testing, business process improvement, or implementation support is highly desirable.
- Experience in UNICEF budget policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- Secondary Education in Business Systems, Accounting, Finance and any other related fields.
- A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) from a recognized academic institution in a field relevant to the position may replace 3 years of related work experience.
- A Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) may replace an additional 2 years.
