Overview

The intern will support coordination, documentation, digital communication processes, multimedia organization, event support, and communication tracking systems to improve efficiency and timely delivery of communication outputs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support coordination, documentation, digital communication processes, multimedia organization, event support and communication tracking systems.
  • Contribute to organized and accessible communication and multimedia files.
  • Contribute to timely compilation of media monitoring reports and communication summaries.
  • Contribute to documented communication events and advocacy activities.
  • Contribute to updated media and communication contact databases.
  • Support timely preparation of communication and visibility materials.
Required Experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Basic understanding of child rights and experience working with children.
  • Familiarity with communications, project management, and branding.
  • Basic multimedia skills (photography, videography, and content creation).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), and social media management tools.
  • Ability to manage social media channels and analyze relevant data.
Qualifications

• Be a recent graduate (graduated within the past two years) in field of in Communications, International Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
