Overview

This internship supports communication activities for a project focused on the construction of the UNILA Arandu Campus, involving image editing, card creation, and design.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in communication processes for the Project.
  • Support the creation of banners and digital pieces for the web in different formats and media (social media cards, presentations, infographics, brochures, folders, etc.).
  • Support the application of UNOPS visual identity in communication materials.
  • Support the planning, creation, and management of strategic content for social media, aligned with the Project's objectives.
  • Provide support in writing, reviewing, and editing texts and images (videos and photos) for posts, stories, newsletters, and other digital materials.
  • Support the updating and management of project folders with the organization of tools and resources such as image banks, digital assets, contact lists, and databases (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
  • Participate in the Regional Communication and Outreach Network.
  • Support the digital coverage of events and project actions, including real-time activities and post-event material production.
  • Support in other activities, such as analyzing metrics and results of social media publications, clipping news about the project in the press, and operationalizing contact channels.
  • Support in the organization and coordination of events.
  • Perform any other communication support functions assigned by direct supervision.
Required Experience

Desirable: Previous experience in creating content for social media and/or producing texts (press or press office) will be considered an advantage. Experience in the following areas will also be valued: public entities and/or government agencies; experience in social communication with communities/popular communication/communication for development.

Qualifications

Required: Candidates who are pursuing careers in Social Communication, Advertising and Propaganda, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or related areas, from the 5th semester onwards or up to 3 years after graduation.
