Overview
Support the design, organization, and delivery of learning and knowledge resources across multiple strategic projects within the Human Resources Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition subject matter experts to gather and structure learning objectives, course outlines and content.
- Create storyboards, scripts, exercises, activities, and assessments.
- Draft learner guides, job aids, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate with Learning and Development teams to develop the training on the technology platform.
- Coordinate documentation review activities across HRDTM units
- Support content updating and standardization efforts.
- Develop recommendations for content governance and maintenance, considering the needs of different stakeholder groups.
- Support the design and development of the department site pages in partnership with the Information Technology Solutions department (ITS) and the HR Knowledge Management team.
Required Experience
0–6 years of relevant professional experience.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of, a master’s program in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, User Experience Design, Information/Knowledge Management or similar.
