Key Responsibilities

Better Work is a joint programme of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), aimed at improving labour standards and competitiveness in global supply chains. Since its establishment in 2009, Better Work Viet Nam (BWV) has supported more than 500 garment, apparel, and footwear factories through an integrated factory engagement model, including assessment, advisory, and training services. These efforts aim to identify compliance gaps, support continuous improvement, and promote sustainable compliance with national labour laws and international labour standards. In 2026, BWV is focusing on long-term sustainability and a gradual transition of core service delivery. To support this transition and ensure continuity and quality of services, BWV is seeking a consultant to provide administration support to the Training Services
