UNHCR Procurement Notice: Request for Quotation to establish a Frame Agreement for the provision of WhatsApp Marketing Services for UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships in Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

The UNHCR PSP Sub-Office Hong Kong is looking for a WhatsApp service platform and integration solution to support digital fundraising, donor development and communication activities. As WhatsApp messaging is widely used in Hong Kong, the service will support effective donor engagement and communication. The service platform should be user-friendly, allow UNHCR full control of access, and include support and maintenance services. The Frame Agreement will be awarded to the successful bidder for an initial period of 12 months with potentially extendable for a further 12-month period, subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability in total a 2-year contract. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted pricing model throughout the duration of the contract Find attached in Annex A additional information about the services required (TOR).
