UNHCR Procurement Notice: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: No. RFP/26/004/FRANCE/PSP FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF FULFILMENT SERVICES FOR UNHCR PRIVATE SECTOR PARTNERSHIPS IN FRANCE

Key Responsibilities

PSP France would like to identify qualified companies based on the following service: FULFILMENT Agencies are also requested to indicate in their bids their maximum capacity and availability, as well as to give feedback on the expected percentages and KPI’s to get a realistic indication. The essential services UNHCR requires for this RFP are outlined in section 2, 'Requirements' Annex A ToR. RFP/26/004/FRANCE/PSP To set the program in a more sustainable way, PSP France is planning to appoint a primary and a back-up provider. In case the primary service provider fails to perform then the back-up will be activated. The proposed frame agreement will start from January 2027 and will last until December 2028 (Phase 1), with a possible extension of one year: from January 2029 to December 2029 (Phase 2); in total a 3-year agreement, subject to satisfactory services.
