Overview
Provide administrative support for the processing of participant reimbursement cases and the convening of key meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ISP-CWP Secretariat in the successful convening of the ISP-CWP informal technical meeting on the rules of procedure and the resumed first session of the Plenary of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Panel on Chemicals, Waste and Pollution (ISP-CWP P1.2) and relevant follow-up work.
- Support to CSPU in the successful convening of the GEF8 Global Supply Chains Forum on Transforming Fashion and Construction Supply Chains for Circularity and Chemical Safety, and ad hoc ICCA project meetings.
- Support to CSPU in the successful convening of the 2026 planetGOLD Global Forum.
- Support the overall branch with the UNEP wide corporate exercise on Bank Cards reimbursements.
Required Experience
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in administration of which a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience specifically in processing intergovernmental meeting participants travel and supporting intergovernmental meeting logistics is required. Experience working in administration in the United Nations System or similar international organization providing administrative support is required. Experience in providing International intergovernmental meeting support services is required.
Qualifications
A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
