WBG Pioneer - Data Analyst/Engineer Intern

Overview

This internship program offers undergraduate and postgraduate students hands-on experience in data analysis and engineering within the World Bank Group's Information and Technology Solutions department, focusing on environmental and social risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and maintenance of data pipelines and dashboards.
• Assist in data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
• Help build and refine reports and visualizations.
• Support ad hoc data requests and analysis.
• Document data definitions, sources, and refresh processes.

Required Experience

1–6 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree (preferred) in Data Analytics/ Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field; strong undergraduate candidates with relevant project experience will also be considered.
