Overview
The WBG Pioneer - Indigenous_AfroDescendant_LatinAmerica (Post Graduate) program offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a high impact learning experience at the World Bank Group, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to global development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on development topics, policies, and projects, summarizing findings in reports, presentations, or briefing notes.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to support ongoing projects, evaluations, or reports, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assist teams in planning, monitoring, and implementing initiatives, supporting coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft communication materials such as newsletters, social media content, and internal updates, assisting in preparing materials for workshops, webinars, and events.
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and project updates, contributing to knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and reporting as needed, ensuring smooth project operations.
Required Experience
0–6 years of relevant professional experience

Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of postgraduate (master’s/PhD) program
