Required Experience
- Historical Financial Performance: Submission of audited financial statements for the last 3 years (2022, 2023, & 2024).
- Average Annual Construction Turnover: Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$30 Million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last three years (2022, 2023, 2024).
- Financial Resources: Must demonstrate financial resources less financial obligations for its major contract commitments meet or exceed the total requirement of US$5.40 Million.
- Contracts of Similar Size and Nature: Participation as a contractor, Joint Venture partner, or Subcontractor, for construction of works in at least one (1) individual contract or combination of two (2) contracts that have been satisfactorily completed between 1st January 2019 and the bid submission deadline, either one contract or combination of two (2) contracts with a minimum value of US$38.00 Million, and incorporating technical requirements: (1) Drainage, (2) Sewer, (3) Reinforced concrete road surfacing (4) AC/DBST.
