Overview
International consultant to provide technical expertise to design and deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme on technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) for justice sector professionals in the Republic of Moldova. The role involves reviewing existing curricula, developing training materials, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Review national legal and institutional framework, studies, and training materials related to TFGBV.
- Revise existing training curriculum for justice professionals, integrating international standards and victim-centred approaches.
- Design a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme, including agenda, facilitator's guide, and materials.
- Deliver the ToT programme using interactive adult-learning methodologies.
- Develop a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for responding to TFGBV cases.
- Ensure alignment of curriculum and SOP with international conventions and directives.
- Prepare a final consultancy report.
Required Experience
At least 7 years of professional experience as a judge, prosecutor, criminal investigation officer, or senior legal expert in criminal justice. Demonstrated expertise in technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV).
Qualifications
Master’s degree in law and/or other related social science fields.
