The role is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to strengthen democratic governance and promote women's participation in public life.
Four (4) years of general work experience. At least two (2) years of work experience in communication with a gender perspective and human rights approach. Two (2) work experiences in the development and implementation of communication strategies related to human rights and/or women's rights. Two (2) work experiences in the design and development of communication products for traditional and digital media.
High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree and/or professional studies in Social Communication, Journalism and/or related fields. Academic training will be supported by a professional certificate and/or professional degree. Studies in graphic design and/or audiovisual editing or production.
