Overview
Provide coordination, technical, and facilitative support to the Country Team in implementing activities under the joint IOM-UNICEF Global Programme. The role will support coordination mechanisms, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, reporting, and programme development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination mechanisms

- Support reporting processes
- Organize regional and national consultations and convenings
- Contribute to technical programme outputs, including desk reviews, mapping and analysis of practices, gaps, and needs
- Draft and disseminate programme documents and joint reports
- Support the development of costed national action plans and donor reporting requirements
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in programme coordination, migration, child protection, humanitarian or development programming.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-stakeholder or inter-agency initiatives.
- Experience organizing workshops, meetings, and regional convenings.
- Experience working with UN agencies, NGOs, government counterparts, and international partners.
Qualifications
Bachelors in International Relations, Social Sciences, Migration Studies, Development Studies, Public Administration, International Development, or related field.
