Overview
The WBG Pioneer - LSMS Survey Innovation Fellow will support the analysis of micro-level data for a study on extreme weather events and household/agricultural activities in Nigeria. The role aims to provide practical experience in survey methodology, field experiment implementation, and applied quantitative research.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analyzing micro-level data
- Contextualize findings with broader literature
- Assist in drafting high-quality academic outputs
- Contribute to research outputs
- Develop an independent research question using project data, in consultation with the research team
Required Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in household surveys, impact evaluation, data quality, or development research.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of, a relevant master’s or PhD program.
- Academic background in economics, public policy, statistics, data science, development studies, or a related field.
