Overview
The IRC is seeking a fundraising operations professional to establish comprehensive donation processes and map business requirements with technology setup. This role will support stakeholder goals and strategy, engage with the CRM team, and monitor and improve donor and payment data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide discovery activities for gift processing projects and new donation system set ups
- Maintain comprehensive business knowledge pertaining to gift processing performed through payment platforms and gateways
- Serve as an escalation point for GDO team to help with troubleshooting data inconsistencies
- Identify and help resolve the root cause of inaccurate data and recommend improvements to processes and workflows
- Provide support to data quality projects and required updates to business processes
- Build out project management system for global GDO team and lead on project coordination
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports for monitoring of data accuracy, consistency and completeness
- Develop data quality best practice guidelines and provide user training
Required Experience
Strong experience in non-profit fundraising, development operations, advancement services, or related field.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with a financial, technical, or other relevant degree.
