Manage finance, administration, HR, procurement, and security functions for Pacific Country Offices, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with ADB policies.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, institutional procurement, general office administration, and personnel management, preferably gained in multilateral development banks or similar international organizations. Hands-on experience using digital tools and systems to support administrative, financial, and operational processes, including data management and reporting (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Knowledge of local government administrative systems, institutions, and procedures. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining working relationships with partners in a multicultural environment and working collaboratively as a constructive team member. Proven experience in improving processes, driving innovation, and adapting to changing organizational needs. Proven experience in preparing clear written outputs (e.g., emails, memos, reports, briefing notes), and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional work setting.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced training is preferred.
