Social Accountability Coordinator - PHINLA Project

Overview

The role is responsible for coordinating local development initiatives in Siguatepeque, Honduras, focusing on community development projects and strengthening local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement community development programs or projects.
• Strengthen local community-based organizations (OBCs) and faith-based organizations (OBFs).
• Build partnerships with the private sector, NGOs, inter-municipal associations, and the church.
• Utilize social marketing skills and technological tools for positioning and reporting impact.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years in implementation of community development programs or projects. Experience in strengthening OBCs and OBFs. Experience in building partnerships with the private sector, NGOs, inter-municipal associations, and the church. Experience in social marketing and use of technological tools.

Qualifications

Licentiate degree in Development, Social Work, Social Sciences, Administration, or a related field.
