UNICEF seeks to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) with one or more agencies to develop and manage a purpose-led engagement platform that enables brands, corporate partners, creators, influencers, and cultural figures to align with and activate UNICEF's mission through their own audiences, channels, and ecosystems. The selected agency/ies will primarily serve as a strategic partner and advisor, designing engagement frameworks, participation models, narratives, and toolkits that can be used consistently across UNICEF offices and markets worldwide. In addition to strategic guidance, the agency may be requested to provide implementation support under specific call-off contracts. The scope of work includes: - Audience, cultural, and partner research - Strategic engagement framework development - Narrative architecture and messaging strategies - Partnership and stakeholder engagement - Creator, influencer, and cultural ecosystem mobilization - Campaigns, activations, and content development - Measurement, evaluation, and optimization - Thought leadership and visibility initiatives - Training, enablement, and multi-agency coordination Typical deliverables may include research reports, audience segmentation analyses, strategic frameworks, playbooks, messaging toolkits, partner engagement materials, campaign plans, content assets, training materials, workshops, presentations, and learning reports. UNICEF is looking for agencies with strong experience in purpose-driven strategies, partnership development, cultural engagement, audience mobilization, multi-market operations, and the delivery of both strategic and executional work.
