Key Responsibilities

Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Canada is looking to establish Frame Agreement/s (FA) with external service providers for a maximum duration of thirty-six (36) months, with the option of two (2) additional twelve (12) months extensions, contingent upon satisfactory performance. The essential services UNHCR requires because of this RFP are outlined in section 2, 'Requirements'. UNHCR may award multiple contracts under each Lot to ensure supply security to ensure contingency. The services are split into two different lots as per below list: 1. a) Digital strategy, b) full funnel integrated paid media services and c) digital creative content development services (both in English and in French). 2. Influencer sourcing and content creation.
